Concealed Conditions
Additional leaks or damage may be discovered once access is opened. Any additional work will be separately approved.

Patch Back / Cosmetic Finish
Deck, plaster, pebble, tile, coping, and finish materials may not match existing surfaces exactly after repair.

No Warranty on Temporary Materials
Temporary putty, epoxy, patching, or testing plugs are temporary only unless specifically stated otherwise.

Pre-Existing / Structural Movement Exclusion
Warranty does not cover failure caused by soil movement, structural movement, prior improper repairs, deteriorated materials, or unrelated failures outside the repair area.

Drain-Down / Surface Risk
If water level must be lowered for repair, customer understands there may be risks to plaster or finish, especially on older surfaces.

Additional Leak Possibility
If one repaired line or area reveals another leak afterward, that additional work is not included unless stated.
